Orders will normally be delivered up 7 working days from order receipt. If for any reason the delivery date is beyond 7 days, we will let you know.
Deliveries will be made on weekdays Monday to Friday and from 9am to 5pm
We will deliver to addresses on UK mainland only. However there are some delivery destinations where we need to add an additional delivery charge – for clarification, send us a message through our “I need more info” messaging box on our Store page
If you need a delivery on a Saturday you can also send us a message through our “I need more info” messaging box. There will be an additional charge for Saturday deliveries – we’ll let you know what this is by e-mail return (you’ll need to tell us your postcode, of course)
On placing your order, you will get an immediate order acknowledgement
When the order has left our warehouse and is en-route we will let you know by e-mail
Free delivery applies to most parts of mainland UK. We will only deliver to some parts of the UK, in particular highlands and far north, by prior agreement and at additional delivery charge. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you are unsure whether your delivery destination is affected. Contact us via our messaging form below.
